This strategic acquisition is aimed at enhancing ELCEE’s capabilities and fulfilling the growing demands of its customers.

Customers will benefit from the ability to outsource assemblies with options available in both Europe and Asia.

Integration Plan
A dedicated Business Unit for assemblies has been established to integrate D&D, led by Willem van Duren, who has been with ELCEE for over 18 years in various key positions in sales and operations. The offering of assemblies from D&D’s location will be immediately available to all ELCEE customers. The integration process will involve close collaboration with D&D’s management, and all D&D employees will be adopted into the ELCEE organization.
Support and Resources
During the integration process, both Willem van Duren and the management of D&D will be available to support employees. The management of ELCEE Group will also be available to coordinate strategies related to supply chain and sales. Employees can obtain more information from their country or region’s business leader, while customers can reach out to their regular contact person within ELCEE.
